ONLINE PUPPY CLASS
Our online puppy class will help you learn about your new puppy and guide you through all the important things new puppy owners need to know.
Being an online course, you can work through each module at your own pace and re-visit it when required. Learning is through a mix of video content, reading and practical games and exercises you can easily do at at home.
Weekly on-going support is also provided through an online meetup via either Whatsapp or Zoom. These may be one on one or as a group, depending on times and availability. So we are there help you and guide you through each exercise. Just like we would in a in person class environment.
Students are welcome to join our private student Facebook page for extra feedback and sharing of information.
With 5 weeks of content, plus orientation modules there is LOADS of information at your finger tips.
Topics include:
- How dog's learn
- Socialsiation - what it is and what it isn't
- Using reward markers in training
- Basic manners concepts - sit / down/ stay / recall / walking on a lead
- Introducing husbandry techniques - grooming / vet visits
- Problem solving - house training / jumping / puppy biting
- Games for focus and engagement
